The top Design is made with heat transfer paper and iron vinyl. Please do not apply direct heat to the design as this will completely ruin the design. The top can be machine wash in cold or lukewarm water. High heat can ruin the design so please bare that in mind.

The skirt is made with tulle fabric and should be spot clean only. Please do not wash in the washing machine.

This tutu skirt is made with 3 full layers of tulle fabric. The top layer has ribbon on it but the other two layers underneath does not. These two layers without ribbon is what gives the tutu that fullness.
