What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. For Non Handmade items Please allow 4-5 business days production time for your order to ship. 
Tracking numbers will be uploaded as soon as Your order is eady to ship. Please allow 24 -48 hours before you start to track your package.

For handmade items please check each collection for shipping time. 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Unfortunately no. So please be sure you are completely sure before placing a order. If I make a mistake or send the wrong item. You most certainly can return the item for a  refund. 


Can I cancel my order?

NO! Once the order is place I will not be doing a cancellation. So please be sure of what you need before placing your order. Especially if this is a handmade item. 

What do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Roxanneramjeet@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, shipping within the u.s takes up to 5 business days. For international The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
