Shipping policy

All packages will be mailed out via USPS,and they will be mailed out in the allotted time. If there is going to be any form of delay we will contact you.

If by chance your package got lost we will indeed work with you in order to retrieve your package. And if needs be we will most definitely replace a lost package.

However, if your package was tick as delivered, and you said you didn't receive it, i am sorry but we won't be held accountable for it. Once the tracking number that we provided shows that it was delivered to the correct address you will have to contact your post office on this matter.
