Shipping Policy

Processing Time for Crafting supplies 5 business days. 

Processing Time for handmade items 

All Isabelle Bow Boutique items are handmade and made to order. Our current processing time is 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Orders will be shipped within the stated processing time. If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and USPS to locate your package and determine the best solution.

Delivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Isabelle Bow Boutique will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers must contact their local post office or USPS directly regarding packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned because an incorrect address was provided, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Express Shipping

Express shipping speeds up delivery time only. It does not reduce the stated processing time unless otherwise agreed upon.
